Thought I was purchasing Mac OS 10.6.8 for $70, but actually received 10.6 which automatically updates to 10.6.8. My fault for not researching the upgrade I needed further, but this is a poor example for customer service. It's not right to upcharge for a product that's advertised as the higher version when you're actually selling the lower version.
